Your memories belong to you.

This Privacy Policy explains how StudioTechX (“StudioTechX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you use Remy. Remy is an AI memory partner available through our website, web application, WhatsApp, and connected services.

This policy applies to Remy’s public pages, accounts, memory vault, reminders, chat, available integrations, payments, and support. Features marked “Coming soon” are not part of the service today. A third-party service you connect may also apply its own privacy policy.

Depending on the features you use, we collect:

• Account and profile information: name, email address, phone number, sign-in provider identifiers, language, time zone, and preferences.
• Memory and conversation content: notes, questions, answers, reminders, lists, saved people, playbooks, and other information you choose to save.
• Photos and voice: images and documents you send or attach, voice messages, and transcripts made to understand them.
• Sensitive details you choose to provide: for example, a medicine label, appointment, or wellbeing-related note. Remy is not a medical record service; please avoid sending information you do not want processed to fulfil your request.
• Connected-service information: WhatsApp messages and delivery details, and, when you connect it, Google Calendar events and connection information. Personal email capture and other planned integrations are not available yet.
• Transactions: plan, billing status, country, and payment references. Payment providers process full payment-card details; Remy does not need to store your complete card number.
• Support information: your contact details, ticket content, and related correspondence.
• Technical and usage information: browser and device type, approximate network information, timestamps, feature interactions, error records, and security events.

Most information comes directly from you. We also receive information from services you intentionally connect, authentication providers such as Google, WhatsApp when you message Remy, payment providers, and technical systems that keep the service secure and reliable. We process connected data only within the access you authorise.

We use personal information to:

• create and secure your account and link your chosen channels;
• capture, organise, search, recall, and present your memories;
• interpret requests with AI and produce responses, summaries, transcripts, suggestions, and reminders;
• deliver notifications and WhatsApp messages you request;
• use authorised Google Calendar information to provide schedule context and alerts;
• manage plans, payments, limits, and customer support;
• detect abuse, troubleshoot errors, maintain security, and improve reliability; and
• comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information, build advertising profiles from your vault, or share your information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We use service providers to process content needed to answer your requests; please do not send content you do not want processed for that purpose.

Remy sends the information needed to answer a request to AI and speech processing services. This can include your prompt, relevant conversation history, selected memories, an image, audio, or a transcript. We limit that context to what is reasonably needed for the requested feature.

AI output may be inaccurate. Remy’s suggestions do not make legal, medical, employment, credit, or other high-impact decisions about you. Review important dates, transcriptions, and recommendations before relying on them.

We disclose information only as needed to:

• Service providers: companies supporting hosting, authentication, AI processing, messaging, payments, security, and customer support.
• Your connected services: when you use WhatsApp or connect Google Calendar, information passes through those services under their own policies. Planned personal email connections are not currently active.
• People you choose: when you intentionally share a reminder, list, or other item.
• Legal and safety purposes: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or defend legal claims.
• Business changes: in a merger, financing, reorganisation, or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality and applicable law.

We do not disclose the contents of your private vault to other Remy users unless you direct us to share a specific item.

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide Remy, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain secure backups. Retention varies by information type and purpose. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it in accordance with our operational and legal requirements.

We use safeguards designed to protect information in transit and at rest, restrict account data by authenticated user, and limit privileged access. No online service can promise absolute security. Protect your sign-in details and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

If you use WhatsApp, its message delivery and retention are also governed by WhatsApp’s policies. Disconnecting a calendar or deleting an item from Remy does not delete copies that a third-party service keeps under its own rules.

You may review and change many details in Remy, disconnect integrations, delete individual content, or request account deletion. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to processing of, or delete personal information, and to appeal a decision about a request.

Remy and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate legal measures for international transfers and require providers to protect information consistently with this policy.

Remy is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Users aged 13 to 17 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where applicable. If you believe a child under 13 provided information to Remy, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

We may update this policy as Remy changes. We will post the revised version here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required for a material change.
